Dianne Hoffmann serves as Executive Director at Mother of Mercy House. She accepted this position in 2020 after two years as a volunteer. She has also served on the MoMH Board of Directors since 2018. Executively, Dianne was the coordinator and event emcee for a major Philadelphia area cancer assistance foundation. During her long tenure, she oversaw substantial growth annually both in event attendance and foundation revenue.
Dianne is a Certified Family Recovery Specialist. She provides support to families who have a member suffering from substance use disorder. Having dealt with this on a personal level, this is a subject very near to her heart. As a mom to five grown children, she has great first hand experience as a parent and also holds Certification as a Parenting Coach. Her love of children and artistic talent lead to the role of Art Director for several years at a well-respected summer camp program. She also taught CCD at her parish school.
Dianne has a demonstrated unique ability to organically form personal connections with our youth and young parents. She created and runs the parenting classes, after school program, and summer camp at MoMH. Her quick wit, mixed with a firm yet gentle style makes everyone she encounters in our community feel her genuine care for their well-being.
